I am a family physician raised in Columbia Falls, MT and licensed to practice in Colorado, Nebraska and Montana. I received a BS in Nuclear Engineering from Purdue University before entertaining the idea of medical school. It was participating in the Rural Track program at the University of Colorado Denver School of Medicine that solidified my passion to care for people of all ages, especially in rural areas. It was this same passion that led me to an amazing residency at the University of Wyoming Family Medicine in Casper where I followed a geriatrics training track and became certified as a palliative and end-of-life educator.
Upon completion of Residency in 2013, I moved to Sterling, Colorado where I continued my passions in geriatric and end of life care, becoming a hospice medical director and expanding palliative care for the community. Over the next 10 years, I had provided services to skilled nursing facilities in Sterling and Holyoke, CO, and provided psychiatric services for the regional mental health center. Unfortunately, in late 2020, a parent was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer. Thanks to COVID, telemedicine services had significantly expanded, so I was able to urgently assume the caretaker and Medical Power of Attorney role for my family in Montana while maintaining telemedicine practice in Colorado.
In the summer of 2023, I was pleased to meet a group in Whitefish, MT, who focus on bridging health and healing, spanning western and eastern medicine, while helping clients understand their bodies and disease states, empowering clients to make the best decisions for their own body and health within their own value structure. I found a new forever home where my knowledge, expertise and skills complement others within the clinic and I am able to continue providing cradle to grave care, formally opening a practice in late 2023 while continuing to provide services in Colorado and Nebraska via telemedicine.

Dr. Keythe Jayce Karpinski attended The Colorado School of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Denver, graduating in 1996, then establishing Golden Key Oriental Medicine and Golden Cabinet Apothecary. She completed a clinical Doctorate in Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine, San Diego while in limited practice in northwest Montana 2018.
During her time in private practice, Dr. Karpinski has had the honor of working in interdisciplinary situations with several notable physicians. Early on, she developed a hybrid acupuncture-based electrical stimulation facial treatment derived from her experiences with Dr. Ron Rosen OMD, and Peter Hanson MD, known for the regimen made famous by Suzanne Somers. The combination of techniques, with some alteration, is said to bring dramatic results.
Dr. Karpinski became expert in fertility, adding Chinese Medicine into hormonal therapies during her time at Morgantown Multi-Care and with Dr Sherri Tenpenny - OsteoMedII. An early proponent of integrating acupuncture into IUI procedures, Karpinski was welcomed to treat patients at Cleveland Clinic and The Johns Hopkins Hospital Fertility Center, Baltimore, and invited to Grand Rounds at West Virginia University.
Future plans for Dr. Karpinski include promoting better use of Chinese Medicine for PTSD, chronic pain management, opioid addiction and post-stroke. She continues in private practice in Eureka, Montana at Golden Key Integrative Medicine and in The Bridge Medical Center in Whitefish.
